Paul Pines

Paul Pines grew up in New York City and is the author of six books of poetry, including his most recent Taxidancing. His novel, The Tin Angel, was critically very well received. He currently lives with his wife, Carol, and daughter, Charlotte, in Glens Falls, NY, where he practices psychotherapy at Glens Falls Hospital, and hosts the annual Lake George Jazz Weekend. Paul was the owner/operator of the Tin Palace, a legendary Bowery Jazz club. He has most recently published a memoir about his life and his brother’s battle with schizophrenia entitled My Brother’s Madness with Curbstone Press in 2007.
