Alice Kaltman is the author of the story collection STAGGERWING (Tortoise Books), the novel WAVEHOUSE (Fitzroy Books). and the forthcoming THE TANTALIZING TALE OF GRACE MINNAUGH (Fitzroy Books). Her stories appear in numerous journals including Hobart, Whiskey Paper, Joyland, and BULL: Men’s Fiction, and in the anthologies THE PLEASURE YOU SUFFER, ON MONTAUK, and FECKLESS CUNT. Alice lives, writes, and surfs in Brooklyn and Montauk, NY.

You’ll find brilliant prose & poetry on tap in New York City at Von Bar at 3 Bleecker St. @ Bowery (take the 6 to Bleecker or the B, D, F, M to Broadway-Lafayette). Readings take place every third Sunday of the month. (Subject to change around the holidays.)
